progress

It has bee a while and i haven't posted anything on this subject but it doesn't really matter since i have no followers LOL but here is what i have ...Pics be warned :P
15 or 16 LBS down 15 to go!! i will do this! I have been bouncing back and forth between diets, but the one that i have been doing is WORKING OUT! i have lost more inches on the 30 day shred, however i feel much stronger when i go to the gym and lift. So now i have to find a balance between the 2... Here goes 128 even was my last weight (before mother natures visit)
